In order to use the Services, you may be required to provide certain identifying information pursuant to our Compliance Program.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services and the Greenstar Energy Site solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Your relationship with Greenstar Energy use of any of the Services may be subject to the laws, regulations, and rules of governmental or regulatory authorities in your or our jurisdiction (Applicable Law). By entering into this User Agreement, you agree to act in compliance with and be legally bound to any and all Applicable Law.

When you create a Greenstar Energy trading Account, the Wallet software generates a cryptographic public key pair that you may use to trade our supported Virtual Currency via our relevant Virtual Currency network. YOU MUST STORE, OUTSIDE OF THE SERVICES, YOUR WALLET CREDENTIALS, INCLUDING YOUR PASSWORD, USERNAME AND E-MAIL ADDRESS. If you do not maintain a backup of your Wallet data outside of the Services, you will not be able to access your trading account and We are not responsible for maintaining this data on your behalf.

With respect to your trading Wallet, Greenstar Energy does not receive or store your trading Wallet password, nor any keys, network addresses or your transaction history.

gs-energy.ltd is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to gs-energy.ltd that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

Don't post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the administrator of our platform FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always CLEAR the thing with the administrator.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type in this platform. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the platform.
